This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the crime of violation of section 11502, Health and Safety Code.

In an indictment filed in Los Angeles County, the appellant was charged with a violation of section 11502, Health and Safety Code, in that he did, on or about March 11, 1958, agree to sell and give heroin to George Renty, and did thereafter sell and give to George Renty another substance...
