Shires, Jr., filed a claim against Wrought Iron Range Company and its insurance carrier, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, under the death benefit provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Law, 85 O.S. 1951 § 1 et seq. The proceeding was conducted for the benefit of Wanda Laverne Saylor, a daughter of George Lipscomb, deceased, the employee.
