This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Juvenile Court of Huron County in which defendant was sentenced to pay a fine of $500 and confinement in the Toledo House of Correction for one year for violation of Section 2151.41, Revised Code, under penalty of Section 2151.99(A), Revised Code.

The defendant was arraigned, pleaded not guilty, was furnished a recognizance bond and was released from custody. The record does not show notice...
