REDDING, J. (Pro Tempore)

This is an action to condemn an easement of a right of way for a logging road over two strips of land each of which is a part of a tract of land owned by the appellant. Respondent-condemner instituted a separate action as to each strip and, by agreement of the parties, the two actions were consolidated for trial in the circuit court and are likewise consolidated here.
