The decedent, Hyman Cohen, during his lifetime made a loan from the Lake View Trust and Savings Bank of Chicago and placed as primary collateral security therefor a certain life insurance policy in the amount of $100,000 in which Susan Janet Cohen was named as beneficiary, together with secondary collateral.
