Plaintiff company occupies the premises 181-189 Front Street in Manhattan, New York City, and has owned and occupied those premises since 1925. Plaintiff's business is the importation, processing and sale of bristles for brushes. Defendant 191 Front Street Building Corp. is the owner and lessor of the premises 191 Front Street, which are entirely leased to defendant Fulton Market Seacoast Fish Co.,
