Doyle Scroggins filed a claim for disability benefits under the workmen's compensation law. The commission denied the claim upon a finding that Scroggins' disability was not the result of an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment. Scroggins died on February 25, 1957, which was after the proof had been completed, and his widow took an appeal from the commission's decision. The circuit court reversed the decision...
