An information filed by the State in the district court for Cuming County charged defendants, Warren M. Scherer and Ralph R. Neudeck, with violations of what is known and cited as the Blue-Sky Law. The information contained nine separate counts involving six separate transactions in which designated securities were alleged to have been willfully and unlawfully sold by defendants to named persons, without the sale of such securities having been authorized...
