This appeal stems from proceedings in juvenile court, under Chapter 232, Code of Iowa, 1954 (1958), I.C.A., instituted by complaint of the state on the relation of the county attorney, that Keith Wesley Larson, aged fourteen, was a delinquent child, within the purview of said chapter.
