OPINION BY GUNTHER, J., December 17, 1959:

The Bureau of Employment Security found the appellant eligible for unemployment compensation benefits.

The referee reversed the Bureau and held that the appellant was ineligible to receive benefits under the provisions of section 402(b) of the act. This decision of the referee was affirmed by the Board of Review which held that appellant did not have a compelling and necessitous reason for leaving his job when he...
