On September 26, 1953, Noemzar Ganjian executed a will in which she left her estate to her husband or, on his prior death, to be divided equally among two sons, a daughter, and a granddaughter. This will was admitted to probate, and the granddaughter qualified as executrix. Subsequently, John O. Ganjian, one of the decedent's two sons, produced a paper purporting to be a later will, hereafter referred to as the 1958 will, and asked that it be substituted...
