The appellant-plaintiffs sued the appellee-defendants in equity seeking rescission, accounting and "other equitable relief." The lower court sustained motions to dismiss filed by the individual defendants whereupon appellant-plaintiffs appealed from the order sustaining said motions and dismissing the suit as against the individual defendants. We find error and reverse.
