Appellant, now slightly over the age of 18, was married to appellee when he was 16 years and 7 months of age, and she was 15 years and 10 months of age. They were domiciled in the District of Columbia before and after marriage, but were married in Virginia. In both Virginia and the District of Columbia the minimum age for marriage is 18 years for males and 16 years for females.
