This is an appeal from a judgment wherein appellant was convicted of a violation of section 207, Penal Code (kidnapping).

In an information filed in Los Angeles County, the defendant was charged with the crime of kidnapping in that he did, on or about August 9, 1957, unlawfully, forcibly steal and take Louise Gunn in the county of Los Angeles, and carry said person into the county of Riverside.
