Plaintiff filed its Complaint against defendant Union under §§ 1 and 4 of Title 15 U.S.C.A., known as the Sherman Anti-Trust Act, in which it alleges that Articles 14 and 15A of its contract with defendant1 are in violation of the Act and are illegal and in restraint of trade and commerce among the several states.
