This is an appeal from an order and judgment sustaining a plea of res adjudicata and dismissing plaintiff's action as to certain defendants. The original action was instituted in 1957 by plaintiff, The J. R. Watkins Company, upon a written contract for the purchase price of goods, against defendants Lawrence J. and Helen G.
