Inc., and the tenant in possession, Modern Trend Furniture Co., of the premises located at 241 First Avenue in New York City. She sought redress for personal injuries allegedly sustained by her while walking on the sidewalk in front of those premises by reason of a defective condition existing at the edge of the cellar...
