An automobile in which plaintiffs were riding was traveling east on U.S. Highway 30 when it was struck broadside by a pickup truck and as a result each of the plaintiffs received injuries. In their action to recover damages, judgment was rendered jointly against defendants Weir and French Creek Ranch, a corporation, pursuant to verdict of a jury...
