The Board found that appellant "did not sustain an accidental injury, arising out of and in the course of his employment with the defendant (appellee) herein." It further found "that on said date (January 24, 1956) the plaintiff (appellant) became afflicted with a ruptured aneurysm, which said affliction was neither caused, aggravated or accelerated...
