It is well known that there are no slums in Iowa. Yet it must be admitted that the property with which we are concerned in the instant case, if located elsewhere, would not have been entirely out of place in such a district. Its legal description is Lot 2, Block 18, East Sioux City, Sioux City, Iowa. It was improved—if we may so use the term—by two one and one-half story one family dwelling...
