PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by County Attorney's Information with the offense of escape in violation of Section 745.1 of the 1958 Code of Iowa, I.C.A. Defendant appeared by himself and his attorney, Roy W. Deitchler, and after being duly advised of his rights, entered a plea of guilty. Time being waived, he was adjudged guilty of the crime charged and sentence rendered thereon. He appeals.
