THE STATE OF OHIO, APPELLEE, v. MORELLO, APPELLANT.

Supreme Court of Ohio.

Decided May 13, 1959.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Mr. Russell Leach, city attorney, and Mr. Paul Scott, for appellee.

Mrs. Leda C. Hartwell, for appellant.,

BELL, J.

Defendant assigns three errors presenting two questions for our decision:

1.
