This is an action in trespass for personal injuries growing out of an automobile collision occurring on January 9, 1956, at Lincoln Drive and Mount Pleasant Avenue in the City of Philadelphia. The matter is before us on plaintiff's motion for a new trial after a jury verdict for defendant.
