Dexter, 249 Iowa ___, 92 N.W.2d 443, which was an action for damages for injuries suffered by John McBride, an occupant of a Mercury automobile, owned by George E. Dexter, Sr., and with his consent driven by his son, George E. Dexter, Jr., on the evening of November 26, 1955, when it ran off the pavement at a curve and was wrecked. The driver, Dexter, Jr., was fatally injured...
