This cause involves appeals by Mr. and Mrs. Joe Luckey, Jr., from a jury verdict and judgment based thereon dismissing their suits against Paul W. Gowan and Landon Graves. The separate suits of Mrs. Jothel H. Luckey and Joe Luckey, Jr., her husband, which suits were consolidated and tried together, grew out of an automobile accident which occurred April 8, 1957, on the Humboldt-Medina Road...
