This is the second appearance of the instant case before this court. During its first appearance we affirmed the trial judge's order granting a new trial on the ground that the verdicts for the plaintiffs were contrary to the manifest weight of the evidence.1 Because Marsha Bender, one of the original plaintiffs, entered a voluntary nonsuit, the second trial involved only the claims on behalf of Susan Myers.
