In this original proceeding in prohibition, Paul E. Black, the relator, seeks to have this Court prohibit Honorable E. B. Pennybacker, Special Judge of the Circuit Court of Wood County, Charles S. Ruddell, Clerk of said court, and Harriett A. Lemon, respondents, from proceeding to enforce or collect a judgment for the sum of $921, plus interest and court costs, in favor of Harriett A. Lemon, respondent, and against Paul E. Black, relator.
