In July, 1956, Missouri Realty, Inc., sought a reclassification in the zoning of its twenty-six acre tract of land from R. 6 (cottage or semi-detached) to R.G. (group housing). The application was granted by the Zoning Commissioner and affirmed by the County Board of Appeals.
