Plaintiff Marble appeals from a final judgment of dismissal after a demurrer to his complaint had been sustained.

The complaint alleged that respondents requested appellant to secure a buyer for them for their shares of corporate stock. Respondents agreed to pay appellant a commission if he secured a purchaser.
