This appeal comes to this court on questions of law from a judgment entered for the plaintiff on the return of a verdict of guilty by the jury impaneled to try the case. The charge was founded upon the alleged violation of the provisions of Section 3773.24 of the Revised Code.

Section 3773.24 of the Revised Code provides:

"No person who is over fourteen years of age shall engage in common labor...
