Appellants executed an affidavit on March 5, 1955, consenting to commit their son Terry to the temporary custody of the executive secretary of the Hennepin County Welfare Board, and a petition alleging him to be dependent and neglected was filed in the juvenile court of said county on March 10, 1955.
