The State appeals from an order quashing an indictment charging the defendant, Anna A. Schroeder, with the crime of murder in the first degree for the killing of her husband.

Defendant, on the morning of January 5, 1957, went to the office of her attorney, Mr. Henry Oppenborn, and conferred with him for some time, after which Mr. Oppenborn advised a Justice of the Peace of the death of Mr. Schroeder...
