Plaintiff, appellee herein, was dismissed from the Cincinnati Police Department by the City Manager of Cincinnati. This order of dismissal was sustained by the Cincinnati Civil Service Commission, and the plaintiff then appealed from that decision to the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County.
