Plaintiffs and appellants are the father and mother of deceased Robert Miller. Deceased, under 17 years of age, was employed by defendant Bath Elevator Company, without a working permit or the necessary job approval from the department of labor. Deceased's body was found in a wheat bin at the elevator. His death was determined to be due to suffocation, while in the course of his employment.
