This is an action by the three named plaintiffs for a declaratory judgment affecting title to an undivided interest in a tract of land in Bossier Parish. From a judgment in favor of plaintiffs, the defendant has appealed.

Plaintiffs are Ester Odoms, the sole child and heir at law of Martha Chatman Odoms; Clara V. Love and Johnny Lee Morgan, the sole children and heirs at law of one Lonnie Reed, a pre-deceased child of Martha Chatman Odoms. Petitioners...
