Alice Kazanos, alleging herself to be the wife of John Kazanos, has sued out a writ of habeas corpus contesting the right of respondent to deport him.

John Kazanos is an alien, a native and citizen of Greece. He last entered the United States for permanent residence on July 3, 1954. The entry was predicated upon his status as a "non-quota immigrant" derived by virtue of a purported marriage, on April 14, 1952, in St. Petersburg, Florida...
