The plaintiff, Troyce C. Woods, has appealed from a judgment denying damages for personal injuries received by him while riding in an automobile owned and operated by Mary E. King, who, with her liability insurer, Indiana Lumbermen's Mutual Insurance Company, are the defendants herein. A jury verdict rejected plaintiff's demands, after which his counsel filed a motion for a new trial averring therein numerous errors as cause for setting aside the jury...
