This action was brought by the plaintiff, Andrew J. Calhoun, against the defendant, Virginian Railway Company, under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq., to recover damages for injuries which he alleged were caused by the negligence of the defendant.
