Claimant contends that while he was a prisoner in Attica State Prison from July, 1952 to February, 1954, the prison's medical and administrative staffs failed and refused to furnish him proper medicines and medical treatment and that as the result he suffered aggravation of a pre-existing physical condition of rheumatoid spondylitis. He seeks compensation from the State because of such aggravation...
