In so far as the general grounds are concerned, it is contended, "that the State's evidence as to the cause of death is equally consistent with death by drowning as death by gunshot wounds, and since the indictment alleges death by shooting, with a pistol, then the State's evidence must prove death by gunshot wounds which the State's evidence did not prove beyond a reasonable doubt in this case.
