This is an original petition for a writ of prohibition seeking to prevent the Family Court of New Castle County from proceeding further with an action by which the petitioner's deserted wife seeks separate maintenance and support for herself and her minor children. This court, upon motion of the petitioner, ordered that further proceedings in the Family Court be temporarily stayed, and that the plaintiffs in the Family Court be permitted to intervene...
