REDDING, J. (Pro Tempore)

This is an action for personal injuries growing out of a collision between a car being driven by plaintiff's husband, and in which plaintiff was riding, and a car being driven by the defendant.

The trial court instructed the jury that the fact that the plaintiff's name was jointly with that of her husband on the title to the automobile in which she was riding was prima facie evidence of her ownership...
