This appeal presents the narrow issue of the scope of evidence that may be introduced by an insurer in an action brought to recover under the provisions of standard fire insurance policies. Specifically it relates to that portion of the insuring agreement which provides that the company insures to the extent of the cash value of the property at the time of loss but not exceeding repair or replacement...
