Peters, a minor, and Fred Oberhelman brought this action in the district court for Burt County against Christina Gleeson, Leroy Gleeson, her husband, Christina Gleeson, administratrix of the estate of George Haye, deceased, and Albert L. Carlberg, defendants, for specific performance of an agreement entered into by the foregoing parties to survey...
