This case involves the construction of a will. The specific question presented is whether the debts and costs of administration are to be paid out of personal property or out of residuary real estate.

The county court held that they were payable out of the residuary estate. On appeal the district court made the same finding and judgment.

We affirm the judgment of the trial court.<...
