The application for requisition made to the Governor of Wisconsin over the oath of the District Attorney of Milwaukee County recites in part as follows:

"* * * William Lee Harris, who stands charged in the District Court of Milwaukee County, with the crime of abandonment and nonsupport of his minor child aged one month; that said William Lee Harris is alleged to have committed an act or acts in the state of Ohio resulting in a crime in the county...
