Lillian Kuenne (Lillian or the caveator) and Raymond Emil Kuenne (Raymond or the caveatee) are brother and sister. When their mother, Bertha Kuenne (the mother or testatrix), died in 1956, she devised and bequeathed the bulk of her estate to Raymond.
