This is an action in tort. Plaintiffs, husband and wife, seek to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the wife and property damage and expenses of medical treatment of the injuries sustained, incurred as the result of an automobile collision. The vehicles involved were a Dodge automobile owned by plaintiff, Roscoe C. McDaniel, and driven at the time by his wife, plaintiff Mattie McDaniel, and a Buick automobile owned and driven by Hardy...
