OPINION BY ERVIN, J., July 3, 1959:

In this workmen's compensation case for the accidental death of the claimant's husband, the referee, the board and the court below all found for the claimant.

Decedent was 58 years of age and was employed at the coal breaker of the defendant company on October 31, 1956. At about 9:30 a.m. on that day he was found by Walter Golba, a fellow employe, with his body almost completely submerged in a water tank used in the process...
