This is an appeal in an action to quiet title to a one-half interest in certain personal property, brought by the plaintiff, Harry Pruyn as special administrator of the estate of his mother, Clara Pruyn. The defendant, T.S. Waterman, as executor, listed the disputed property as an asset of the estate of John L. Pruyn, the deceased husband of Clara.
